What We
Offer
01
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy is support for teens and adults navigating grief, identity exploration, and life transitions. This is your space to slow down and tend to yourself.
03
Clinical Supervision
Reflective supervision for clinicians seeking growth, grounding, and support in complex work. I offer affirming supervision rooted in anti-oppressive practice, with space for clinical skill-building, identity exploration, and grief-informed care. This space is collaborative.
02
Non-medical support for individuals and families navigating serious illness, dying, and death. My role is to offer presence, guidance, and care so no one has to move through these moments alone.
04
School Partnerships
Collaborative mental health support for schools through individual and group therapy. Services are tailored to each school community and grounded in affirming care for students and families.
What Working With Me Feels Like
Across therapy, supervision, and death doula care, my approach is gentle and grounded. But don’t worry, gentle doesn’t mean passive.

You can expect warmth, curiosity, and honesty. We move at a pace that listens to your nervous system and your lived experience. Some sessions may include reflection, laughs and conversation; others may involve slowing down, noticing your body, naming emotions, or sitting with what’s present.
I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all care. All of my clients are different and my care reflects that.
Whether we’re meeting for therapy, supervision, or end-of-life support, my hope is that you leave feeling a little more grounded, a little less alone, and more connected to yourself.
