Individual Therapy

For when you don’t know what to do and the group chat just isn’t cutting it. ​

Individual therapy is your very own space to exhale. Whether you’re grieving, transitioning, or just trying to stay afloat in a world that does the most—you don’t have to navigate it alone. We offer therapy that holds your complexity with care, tenderness, and zero judgment.

We work with folks navigating:

  • Grief and loss (death-related and not)

  • Queerness, gender identity, cultural identity

  • Relationship shifts (including the one with yourself)

  • Anxiety, depression, trauma, and all the messy in-between

Your therapist is human. That means we show up with empathy, a dash of humor, and deep respect for your lived experience. Sessions may include talk therapy, somatic tools, or simply naming the hard thing out loud and letting it breathe.
